Shipping & Pickup Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within seventy-two (72) business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include transit time.
Orders may be fulfilled via shipping/delivery or local pickup, as selected by the customer at checkout.
2. Packaging & Transfer of Risk
We take reasonable care to package products securely prior to shipment or pickup. Title to and risk of loss, damage, or liability transfer to the customer immediately upon delivery or pickup, whichever occurs first.
Once an order has been shipped or picked up, we relinquish all control and responsibility over the handling, transportation, storage, use, or condition of the product.
3. Shipping Disclaimer & Carrier Liability
For orders fulfilled via shipping or delivery:

We make no guarantees regarding carrier delivery timelines.

We are not responsible or liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the shipping carrier after the order has been tendered to the carrier.

Any damage, loss, or delay occurring during transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier and/or customer.
Customers acknowledge and agree that any claims related to shipping damage, loss, or delay must be filed directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.
4. Pickup Disclaimer & Customer Responsibility
For orders fulfilled via local pickup:

Customers are solely responsible for inspecting the product at the time of pickup.

By accepting pickup, the customer acknowledges that the product has been received in satisfactory condition unless defects are reported immediately at pickup.

Once the product leaves our possession, all risk, liability, and responsibility transfer to the customer, including transportation, handling, storage, and use.
We are not responsible or liable for any damage, loss, or defect reported after the product has been picked up and removed from our premises.
