Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days from the original delivery or pickup date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and in resellable condition, as determined at our sole discretion. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping or return transport, regardless of the reason for return. A five percent (5%) restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility and Limitations

Refunds are strictly limited to products that are defective or damaged at the time of delivery or pickup.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for promptly inspecting and testing the product upon delivery or pickup to confirm it is free from defects and suitable for its intended use prior to use or handling beyond reasonable inspection.

We expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for damage resulting from, including but not limited to:

  • Improper use or misuse

  • Mishandling, dropping, or impact damage

  • Exposure to liquids, spills, moisture, or environmental conditions

  • Normal wear and tear or post-delivery or post-pickup use

Any damage occurring after delivery or pickup, whether accidental or due to customer handling, does not qualify for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, preference changes, incorrect product selection, buyer’s remorse, or improper handling after delivery or pickup.

3. Shipping, Pickup, and Associated Costs

All shipping, delivery, and pickup-related fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Original shipping or delivery charges paid at checkout

  • Any pickup, handling, or processing fees

  • Return shipping, delivery, or transport costs incurred by the customer

Under no circumstances will these fees be reimbursed.

4. Pricing & Cost Allocation

To maintain competitive and accessible pricing, we do not absorb costs associated with shipping, delivery, pickup, or returns. Customers acknowledge and accept this cost allocation as a condition of purchase.

5. Exchanges

At our discretion, exchanges may be offered in lieu of a refund. Customers seeking an exchange must contact us within the applicable return window calculated from the delivery or pickup date. Approval of any exchange is not guaranteed and remains subject to product availability and inspection.
