All refunds and returns must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).
To complete your return please contact us so we can discuss the best course of action.
There are certain situations where a refund or exchange does not apply :
If you meet the above requirements than your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 24 hours. (credit cards are subject to processing time that is beyond our control).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days:
Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund completely processed and cleared.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund clears.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet please contact us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item or one of equal value (if the item is out of stock), send us an email.
Don't hestiate to contact us! We try to respond within 24 hours of receiving messages.
